Impact Africa Consulting Limited (IACL) recently introduced the Sustainability Practitioners Fellowship for 2024, which will provide advanced skills training, cross-sector collaboration and investment strategies to 30 selected participants.
“By offering the program without a fee, Impact Africa Consulting aims to broaden participation and drive significant advancements in sustainability as we inculcate sustainable development into the DNA of thousands of individuals who are driving the sustainability agenda across the content,” said IACL’s CEO Dr. Edward Mungai in a statement.
The Nairobi-based firm said the fellowship is open to professionals in businesses, NGOs, government agencies and other institutions actively involved in sustainability initiatives.
It also welcomes sustainability educators, researchers, investors and journalists.
IACL’s Kingsley Kalusha said the program marks “a significant step in our mission to support sustainable development in Africa” and encouraged interested applicants to apply before the March 22 deadline.
Fellows will gain recognition as sustainability leaders, networking with experts, increased visibility, and capacity building on strategies to enhance their impact.
To be eligible, applicants must demonstrate involvement in sustainability projects in Africa, significant contributions to sustainability in their organization or community, and dedication to improving practices.
